WE didn’t get used to it, meaning *I* sure as hell haven’t. The only thing I buy that might be considered DLC is expansions, and even then I either have to REALLY like the game (Control) that I’d buy a small expansion, or it’s a lot of content (Ala the classic PC expansion packs) and might as well be it’s own game

The neurological disorder of being poor.

It seems crazy that no manufacturer has gone the direct order route on anything. We clearly aren’t shaming them enough for profiting off of this nonsense.

If they thought this game would perform better than it did then they need to hire more gamers for executive positions. This game is the kind of boardroom generated bullshit that simply ticks a bunch of boxes in the hopes that gamers are stupid enough to buy a game just because it is all these things gamers are

Although you hear profit keep coming up, oftentimes the it’s a projection of profit rather than actual profit, so it can really be whatever they want it to be, sometimes even ridiculous numbers. I still remember when Tomb Raider was considered a failure despite selling really well, because it didn’t sell double that. T

I wanted to like the idea of the gamepad so much, for all the reasons you describe. But when I had one in my hand, it just wasn’t working for me. Dividing attention between the TV screen and the gamepad’s screen was too much of an adjustment. I’m probably just getting old.

It’s a coping mechanism for some children/people. It’s alright to not have the thing I don’t have because the thing I have is faaaaar superior to the thing I don’t have. Without it, they feel as if they’re missing out on something or that someone different than them is “better” than them, which are very painful

I skipped the PS4-generation, although the Pro was a bit tempting... the PS3 however I bought, the 2nd revision, and *that* console was historical in that every revision seemed to remove some features :)

Welcome to PC gaming graphics my friend. We enjoy having you here.

The Geth payoff was awful and betrayed a real lack of understanding of the ME2 lore. The Tuchanka mission is where it’s at.

I would accept the upcoming Mass Effect trilogy remaster if the ME3 portion was just the scene about shooting bottles with Garrus and the bit about unifying Quarians and Geth, finished with a big text message that just read AND THEN THINGS ENDED WELL.

Yeah, so I’ve put a LOT of hours in Genshin Impact, and I soft disagree with it’s assessment.

Regarding games as a service and a lack of respect regarding time, there is a simple solution, boycott or don’t spend money for the game. Nothing ever changes unless the bottom line is affected.

That’s mostly already the case. We’ve yet to see how it pans out this season, but the crucible’s most active play lists are already loaded with pre made groups full of sweaty tryhards with pinnacle weapons just playing casual so they can beat up on solo players trying to get their weeklys done.

STOP PLAYING THIS FUCKING GAME

Seriously, NOBODY likes this game. The fanbase seems to exist to only hate themselves for not quitting. Seriously, are you that addicted to seeing colored numbers on a screen with regularity?

I don’t get it. The game has been brutally terrible and abusive to its alleged fans, who exist

Since D1 first came out people have been asking bungie to balance pvp and pve separately, because every time something new comes out that is useful in pve and op in pvp bungie either removes it or nerfs it into the ground making it useless.

How far we’ve come from the Bungie that made Halo: Reach. 343 actually managed to become the better studio. They Bioware’d themselves, this is the first Destiny expansion I just have absolutely no interest in whatsoever. Destiny’s story has always been a tragic one, but I never expected it to stay this boring and

Demon’s Souls is easily my series favorite due to the sheer atmospheric tension and the haunting beauty of it all, soundtrack included. Other highlights, like the buildup to the first boss, the sudden ambush in the upper area of the castle, and the Old Monk fight seal the deal for me. I’m pleased as punch to hear

the load time isn’t the main issue here, it’s all the contractually obligated splash screens you have to go through (as well as any cutscenes and gameplay sections if the game uses a checkpoint system) before getting back to the exact spot you left off. if I can play an open world game and be loaded in to the exact

Blackout is better than Warzone. Warzone might be more accessible, but Blackout was flat out better.

The problem with both is that it needs actual events and map changes and evolutions and instead they just wanna pump out skins and not really touch the map.

Blackout had cover, tons of bushes nd trees, swimming, etc.
