Any game a reviewer spends 85 hours on is bound to be pretty solid, that alone impressed me! Really juicy review too enjoyed reading my way through.

I feel like your take from the quote is that they should reduce their quality to produce more games which isn’t what I’ve taken from it at all, the last ambitious game Blizzard released was WoW. Overwatch, Hearthstone, HOTS etc are all very polished but as games they are actually very content light when compared to

Early internet days attracted different people and the average person didn’t bother with it, it was kinda similar to how you get good enthusiast groups for hobbies when there is no money or focus on it just because everyone has a shared love of something.

I was talking to a friend about edgy predictions for Blizzcon this year and we had some satirical spinoff ideas, I made a joke about how they’d do l4d with overwatch and apparently somebody had leaked something similar (from a dubious source i think) earlier in the year -_-

Brawny trolls and knights all got an extra member, I think the only thing the jail currently stops you completing is the Ace bonus for whichever tier 5 is locked up (so gyro yesterday for example, so no deadeye ace)

I’ll probably miss having shroud on twitch, I used to click over if he was doing something particularly interesting to me but i can’t see myself specifically heading over to see what he’s doing.

Less that they abandon more that they go somewhere else and don’t come back. Many streamers don’t offer content that is better than anyone elses its just where “you” go, that can change very easily, the more unique the content the more likely people come back.

I’m open to trying it but first impressions aren’t great, tbh the city scape i was getting behind but the character models didn’t feel right.

its on the xbox game pass as well i believe, I was looking into it but I don’t have windows 10 so decided i’d just wait until its generally available!

lmfao I can’t even explain why this got me but it did

that is paradox 101 though, release a fairly decent but clearly missing bits game, leave 5 developers on it, make DLC from now until the end of time.

they have a release schedule for all the content the same as it was in vanilla (but compressed i suspect) so you’ll have dire maul, then BWL, emerald dragons, AQ20/40, Naxx and I think some pvp gets added in there too like alterac valley, i don’t actually remember what came out when anymore.

I think your misunderstanding me, I play the game but attracting so much attention seems like a big deal for an end goal that is fairly similar to the original one.

It was one of the best I can remember, but I can’t help feeling a little underwhelmed with the result? I guess that just goes to show how effective it was! Jebaited even when I wasn’t interested

You need a was in there which really represents the problem from blizzard’s perspective

Epic gets plenty of stick from the public :p just not from the writers

Its not the graphics requirements, its because its no longer seen as a design requirement to keep the size within certain parameters. When physical media was the thing everything had to fit on a cartridge/cd/dvd/blu-ray etc. When digital media started to get big the average HD size held things back but now they don’t

My god how will i choose between time travel latency offered by Stadia or 8k 60fps I can get on the next Xbox? I can’t possibly make this decision!

It was their choice to do business there, it has repercussions. Now that they do business there they have to protect themselves but the fact they are that desperate is a function of greed or incompetence within the leadership.

they don’t eat their own profits to take a serious ethical stance though, in many cases they avoid it entirely, it isn’t like releasing shit mobile games in china was the only way blizzard could make money... Actually considering their current management maybe it is I take it back.
