They could release a console at a $400 price point that could play all games at 1080 60fps, slmething none of the current consoles can do. 4K is not a realistic option at this point for consoles but it doesnt take a $1000 graphics card to run games at that resolution. You just have to accept console like frame rates.

Uh no, not even close. Rent for me is about $750. Gas + insurance is about $100 a month for me. If I lived where I work a comparable apartment is at least $1200 a month.
