Well they kinda changed it up a bit in one of the recent seasons. They got beefier and deeper voices but same overall shape. Im surprised people didnt get upset with that change.

Of course companies are going to say its a huge leap forward and it would have been had they not dragged out the last consoles forever. They're going to say whatever it takes to sell games/consoles because its their cash cow. 32 games? How many of those are graphically demanding? They have to cut corners to get games…

They pulled a half measure by using tech from 2009/2010 instead of using current tech. I know they did it because they didnt want to sell the hardware at a loss but the end result is machines that can barely play games at 1080p.

And the PS4 is barely a step up from the PS3, same goes for the Xbox. The big difference is that they're both on x86 CPU/AMD GPU hardware which makes them scaled down PCs that should be easier to develop for. I think thats the reason the new systems arent selling well: not a big leap forward.

Had it running on max settings at 1920x1080 and my PC isnt even a recent build. To me it looks like they cut corners and said hey it has a cool look now. Not to mention that this yet another game where the initial trailer looked WAY better than the finished product. I know im not the only one that noticed.

I believe all the newer ones use an auto with paddle shifters.

Im just saying it didnt look impressive even with the stylized graphics. Even though I played it on PC I know the consoles can push more polygons than that. Increasing the resolution doesnt really help, just makes the characters/objects look even blockier.

Yeah Bioware has their work cut out for them for sure. The big difference is that those other developers took their time and didnt rush out a half baked product.
