Very sympathetic to the plight of those who have genuine conflicting obligations (and of course voter suppression is a thing)... but most states offer one or more of absentee ballot without excuse, some form of in-person early voting, or vote-by-mail.

Sometimes I check the CD version of his books out of the library and listen to them just because it’s great to hear a president who can write and speak and follow a complete thought to its logical end.
