I think it's underrated. It's something that people can be self concious about though (i.e. a butt to the face). Oral sex is all about giving pleasure, so people get freaked out that they're also receiving pleasure at the same time.

I think there's a disconnect on this issue between men and women. As a guy, I think shower sex is the best. There's something very primal about it. Like two killer whales going at each other (except it doesn't reach Tilikum/SeaWorld level).
