This was my solution for the vasectomy argument in my household. Partner didn't put up much of a fight beforehand anyway, but once I said, "I'm not taking birth control anymore, so it's a condom or a vasectomy" the decision was made quick.

From what I understand position matters most, along with if and how they move their arms/shoulders at the moment of exit. I was only eight pounds, but turned my shoulders at the last minute and my mom never fully recovered in that area, even after surgeries to fix. :(
