I only see one turbo. lol

I had a similar thing happen to me!

After executing a PERFECT late apex on T4 I had probably 2mph on this girl. She sees me over her shoulder and drops hard to the inside. **Sigh** So I roll my eyes and pull to the outside to finish the pass, and, what does this idiot do?

SHE DRIFTS INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE STRAIGHT,

HIT THE APEX OR DIE TRYING

Jeremy, my arm came off.

It could be that you’re taking things a little seriously.

I can’t listen at work but at :27 there’s a prosthetic leg on the course...

Now playing

Karting is as fun as it is incredibly safe.

Reminded me of Maldonado. Dive in, then hit wall.

I have worked at a gokart track... as a marshal. You would never imagine how often this happens. I’ve had someone stuck under a trailer and making it out alive miraculously once... She busted through 2 lines of 4x4x2 tires and stucked herself under the trailer used to carry the Rotax Max and DD2s to other tracks.

To hell with it, as someone who isn’t an instructor, but who does have an SCCA national license and has been in more than a few events, disregard *most* of what he said.

Dude, that is the right attitude to have. You instantly learned from your mistake and owned up to it. The idiots are the ones that do not do that. That alone gives you a leg up on 99% of the population. This fool thinks his shit doesn’t stink.

Heh! When you drop your wheel weight below 10lbs, every ounce matters, dammit. Or so I tell myself.

Lol at a mod list that includes ‘racing’ lug nuts.

Bah. You want a dangerously slow Mazda?

your Jalop card, it has been revoked

I'll respond, why not? I appreciate your concern, and I'm the first to admit I'm not a pro driver. When I write, I usually tend to emphasize that as well (sometimes for comic effect)— but I'm by no means dangerous or anything like that. I have a lot of experience with cars and driving, and I'm aware of my limitations.

There's a policy that if certain mistakes are made, you're out. This is one of them. So, I say if you can, take the class — it's great — and don't do what I did!

I've wanted to go to Frank Hawley's school since it opened. One of these days...
