Nope if you have one of the stronger ones 100mph is no problem. Personally took one til 90mph and that was with one of the weaker engines. There’s a 100hp Brabus one available...

No. By your reasoning your mother gave you the ability to do so by being conceived through her parents them being conceived through their parents etc and back we are to the first signs of civilization. I’m not an atheist btw check m8

I fail to see how someone leading you to watch pornography is a bad influence but to each his own.
I don't know where you live, but I see at least 3 R8s everyday while I saw one RS7 over the last 3 months...
I think you cached a rare, bad example there. my Merc’s CVT has done 140k now and is still rock solid. No work ever had to be done on it.
Great read! I think the original Continental-style MKX grille was ‘the worst’.
Back when they were new, I seriously considered a Flex or MKT Ecoboost over a GL.
Steering wheel design, shifter location, curved dash, high centred screen, 90s-style vents at each end of the dash
Never had the possibility to try a Nakamichi one - but the H&K system I had in the W164 ML500 was pretty ‘alright’, sounded great but not outstandingly good though. THX and Bose have always been my favourites. Also kudos for getting your mom an MKT, one of the best looking SUV tourers out there!
First thought: Looks like the new Impala
“stock soundsystems in german lux sedans are atrocious”
If that is American luxury, it better be cheap. I wanted to like the new Cadillac flagship. I really wanted to when they showed us the Ciel and Elmiraj. But now we have a bland bloated CTS, with Cadillac going the Audi route. Wasn't the CT6 supposed to be a halo car?
Seems to be an American thing, I guess. Anyone in Europe will tell you how Volvos match the quality of the German three and have very similar offerings.
The Germans are only luxury if you spent more than $60k. Against pretty much everything under the A8/Q7 size Volvo has a perfect match, even equipment wise.
I was gonna comment this. It's ridiculous how Americans get those great cars for so little money but still manage to complain.
How is this less aggressive than the old model? Have you seen that front bumper?
Also, the Continental is unique. Not in the whole segmentt context but definitely next to the CT6 which just looks like a CTS mated with an air pump. Over all that the interior is just so classy. Plush seats, chrome trim, yellow gauges....God that looks god. Especially when your main competitor looks as bland as an…
Since pretty much always. Volvos are priced on par with Audi, BMW and Mercedes but rather put their focus on understatement and safety instead of gizmos and looks.
