That’s because the 2008 WRX was a bloated, boring, hunk of junk. It got a big weight penalty (a few hundred pounds) and lost *any* form of interesting styling. People complained about everything about that model

I think that’s a bit of an apples to oranges comparison because the weight there is sooooo much less.

I’m not convinced the people complaining about the car *only* having 200 hp have the right idea and are just arm chair number warriors.* The Miata “only” has 181 HP and you don’t see people complaining about that. The old WRX’s “only” had 227 and no one complained about that. Hell, the old base Impreza had 173 and it’s

The Neil Blomkamp live action short film is also amazing:

Ya, I definitely think the better strategy for reaching these voters is to actually say what your policies are and not just “go to my website to see my policies”

I wonder if this has some cross section where certain voters are very policy concerned (health care, climate change, reform...etc), but might not necessarily go out and research what someone’s policies actually are and want to be told directly what they are?

Mugello is an *amazing* track and it’s probably my all time favorite but it’s likely going to make for a terrible F1 race like. It’s extremely narrow

You think people would learn; always pay your taxes folks. Bigger fish than you have been caught because of that

My mom pulled the “mail-in ballots and absentee ballots are totally different” line on me and I looked into it and there is an *extremely* subtle difference between the two: one gets sent out to everyone whose registered and the other only gets sent out on request. Beyond that they are the same.

Ahh ok thanks. I thought he was referring to Kimi.

Got more info on that? Genuinely curious because I hadn’t heard about it and can’t find anything on it

Somehow my friends and I ended up with this game strictly so we could play these games on it. We never played the actual game

If you are talking about more hobby/commercial drones I think the best you could hope for are heavy lift drones that average 40 pounds for 45 minutes or so (not much flight time). 1 gallon of water is ~8 pounds so let’s say each drone carries 5 gallons of water.

I’ve actually thought how cool it would be to be able to do something like this and the P34 is a fantastic choice.

This really makes me sad.

I’m just referring to sounbwoy’s comment. Williams has just as much history as McLaren. Hell, I was even bummed when Sauber bowed out (it being Alfa Romero now doesn’t count). Tyrrell was before my time but I loved all of their bonkers designs.

Ya, I’m not exactly convinced Romain is so good at developing a car that it outweighs all his other issues. Plus, I highly doubt they couldn’t find other drivers that were just as good at providing feedback to develop a car

What’s interesting is Guenther Steiner has said the specific reason they’ve kept Grosjean is because he’s done a lot of work and provided a lot of valuable feedback on the car’s development.

Williams isn’t as bad as Haas and in 2014/2015 finished third in the constructors championship, and 5th in 2016/2017 and things really went to shit in 2018/2019. Their car has been much better this year (probably some of that is due to how bad the Ferrari engine is the Ferrari powered cars are always at the back of
