I think their concern might be less that ICE/EV trucks would cannibalize each others sales and more so that EV trucks could turn off their base (EVs are for LIBRUL scum!) and prevent them from buying their pickup trucks altogether

All of the MotoGP guys are hard as nails. By the end of the season there are a bunch of drivers driving with broken ankles, wrists, elbows...etc. You’ll see guys limp away from crazy accidents just to hop back on the next day.

The MotoGP guys complain about the tracks they share with the F1 cars as the F1 cars pretty much ruin the tracks. They create crazy bumpy areas in the braking/acceleration zones which you don’t want on a motorcycle.
