I actually had one of these go right over the top of us during a tennis match in high school. It started in a dirt patch nearby, went over the courts and continued on a bit towards the baseball field. I don’t see anyone responding to you but they are trained to notice the signals of an oncoming seizure or notifying people when someone has had a seizure (like getting the attention of someone nearby).
Some are even trained to use some kind of device to get medical response (ie, 911)
