There was an episode of the Simpsons where the nuclear power plant is being inspected and when defending his hiring practices, Mr Burns tells a duck pulling a trolley of nuclear waste "get back to work Stewart". It's absolutely my go to quote when messing about in the office.

I'm not ashamed to say I saw that poster and laughed quite a lot!

Don't know why but I do really like this movie, for some reason it has stuck with me much more than it deserves.

I always remember this and monkey dust as bbc3s best achievements, they really did something different that would never have been made by any other network or on any of the Beebs other channels.

UK netflix too? Pretty please

It's not that they had no interest, the point is that they were there when the mother died, so why tell them something they already knew. If he goes into more detail on the mothers death, he's telling the story for our benefit rather than the kids which isn't what the show was about.

But the show was called how I met yor mother, that's the story Ted told. Why would Ted tell his children the story of their own mothers funeral, a funeral which they presumably attended, if he did that then they may as well call the series "how I met my wife".
