It doesn’t make any sense. I was flying on Delta company business—Non-Revenue Space Available. I have pre-check and fly often. It was strange to get selected, that it almost feels random. It did add 30 minutes to the process in DEN. TSA was even surprised I was selected.

The only reason to pump and dump is to do it to keep milk supply up. It won’t rid your body or milk of alcohol any faster.

Exactly what I do. Gotta stay warm! My bathroom doesn’t have a door so the steam only stays inside the shower. The toilet has its only tiny room with the door.

This is my favorite way to do it. I usually just brew it over the ice immediately. Quick and easy.
