Well, that's just how my living room is set up. I don't use the TV as monitor regularly, just when I want to play a game or run Boxee. I don't change my living room set up just to use it, and some games require me to be closer.

In my experience, the text has been too small for me to read. But I agree, most games are fine.
Using an HDTV as a monitor is great for running Boxee, Hulu Desktop, and all other media center apps, but also good for playing video games like Portal.
Yes, we can agree. These guys don't give a crap about bike infrastructure - all they care about is getting faster, being #1 on that Strava segment, and showing off their bikes and non-existent sponsors.
The readership of Bicycling magazine doesn't include all types of cyclists - it's mostly the ones possessed by lycra.
You don't have to. That's a bad assumption that many people make. Cycling isn't all about lycra and helmets and speed and aggressive positions. That's just some people.
Yeah that's true. But that sounds like much more of a hassle than just using bluetooth.
Ever since I discovered F.lux on Lifehacker, I've been using it ever since. It helps so much when I'm doing late night computing.
For file transferring, I've just been using bluetooth. It works fine, but I guess transferring over WiFi would be faster. My only concern is if I'm not on my home network - wouldn't that break the IP address setup? How would device discovery work on my school WiFi network for instance?
That's the part I don't get, with the WHOLE occupy movement, not just this one. Using force and/or arresting people who are in a public space, not harming anyone is just absurd.
What witchcraft did you have to do to get such wicked prices? Or are those introductory prices?
To all people wondering if it's working or why it's not working, click console in the window that pops up, paste the content, press enter, THEN go back to the main Chrome window and open the Gmail tab. That's where you'll see the inquiry of whether you want to use Gmail as the handler for mailto links or not.
I love how Windows 7 made the concept of networking Windows computers together less terrifying. But I hate how with Windows 7 came the destruction of web folders - it's almost impossible to set one up.
Unless you are streaming things over the internet, it actually shouldn't use your internet connection at all. All you need is a network connection.
I've been needing this for a while now. I create a lot of side notes on my laptop, and I've always wanted to have them on my phone and vice-versa. I set it up and it works nicely - fortunately I have Office 2010 - thanks FIU!
From my understanding, the press was alerted to keep out of that area as well.
We need to stop blaming the victim and put the blame on the perpetrator. You should LOOK BACK before opening the door, not using the mirror. Wait for clearance, then open the door. If you hit a car, bike, or pedestrian with your door, it will be your fault, not the victim.
Your wish has been granted.
Oh you mean the layout that they stole from Google? I agree, the Google version is the best ever.
The Occupy Miami group was being evicted from their campsite. If you were within a certain area blocked off by the police at that time, you were to be arrested, unless of course you were a police officer yourself.
