To claim Tesla’s ‘Fastest “Production”’ title, wouldn’t Faraday Future have to, you know, start producing?

Can they really claim this is “production”? In Tesla’s case someone took a production Model S and stripped it. In Faraday Future’s case, the car isn’t even in production yet. They just took a prototype up the hill.

How is it a production car if they haven’t produced nor sold any?

On tighter, technical courses, the S2000 can’t make use of it’s additional 100hp: I’ve done many autocrosses in first gear alone.
