He consistently delivers the product he’s promised, and some of them are pretty wild (reusable rocket booster, electric sedan that can spank pretty much any supercar on a drag strip). He just tends to miss deadlines. This will likely take longer than the press conference today will say, but it will happen.

I just rented a Bolt on Turo for a ~600km road trip. It’s a lovely car, but I had to plan things out pretty carefully to make it work. With Tesla’s Supercharger network it would have been effortless. Until the others catch on to this, their cars will have a hard time moving beyond ‘second car for in the city’.

Supercharger network and over the air updates. I drive a Volt now and love it, but $200+ to update the GPS maps and lack of software features added the year after I bought it are big annoyances. A Model 3 with the Tesla Supercharger network could replace my Volt and handle all the long distance driving I do. A Bolt
