I just bought a Ford Ranger. Spent a total time of 1.5 hours (if not less) in the dealership either test driving the truck - the salesman let me, my wife, and son go ourselves, or signing paperwork. I did most of everything (negotiation, pricing, credit application, ect.) over the phone or email.
