Requiem for a Dream. It’s hard to pick just one scene as this movie overall was the scariest and most unsettling cinematic experience I have endured to date.

This was a very traumatic moment.

That scene scared me to death, and this was the first Star Wars movie I ever saw.

Only in the 80's could a movie like this have been made.
