I don’t know - Apple has tended theirs pretty well. The key - as with Apple - is to get your consumers to fight for you.

Several articles I’ve seen have made this mistake by mis-quoting the developer post and losing the context:

I read that as there being three times the number of words foer written, non-voiced dialog in the game as there is written text in the Lord of the Rings novels. But I could be mistaken

Statistically, we don’t know a damn thing about how common habitable worlds are. We don’t even have a sliver of data to generalize from yet. Wake me up in a couple centuries and MAYBE we’ll have a slightly better sense.

“It’s Kravin’ time! Is...is that anything?”

That’s the other half I was trying to figure out. It’s John Wick + Beastmaster.

Is that lion even radioactive?

This article is a great example of an outrageous headline followed by details that cast the story in a completely different and less outrageous light.

I *wish* the Biden administration was as left-wing as the right believes it is.

There’s no solar plant on Earth that can operate 24/7/365 like a space-based one could.

Less screen time = win? Also fuck Netflix.

Wondering how this will work for children of separated parents. Say one kid spends a weekend at Mom’s and another kid spends that weekend at Dad’s, is only one allowed to watch Netflix at a time?

Being stuck on a gigantic incubator with people who actively lie about being sick because they paid for a cruise and by God they’re going no matter what? Shit, I’m all about it. Maybe while I’m on the ship it can lose power for a few days or have propulsion and sewage problems. Hell, let’s go whole hog and throw some

Since that happened, no buyer has stepped up

I had this conversation with my brother in law that insisted that with his 1x kid, he needed a 3 row crossover, the Atlas in this case, because of needing a big trunk to go camping twice a year. I told him the rational, perfect solution to his needs was a mini-van but, well you know, people would prefer to buy

it’s not unethical.

they’re a “stealership” because they’re middlemen that add nothing except increased cost. the dealership model exists, in reality, to benefit dealers, not consumers. they’ve paid mightily to own politicians over the years and it has paid off many times over.

In order to curb inflation, we need to take money from those who can least afford to lose it.

Well, now we know what the next GOP talking point is going to be:

Ah yes, more folks are working and have a bit more money than they have in 30+ years so now inflation is our fault. Not the price gouging and stock buy backs, or the PPP loan forgiveness, it’s the regular folks who’ve been scraping by for decades.
