It’s great if you can get it, but not for a last minute flight. It’s obscenely expensive. I plan for it by budgeting and hoarding frequent flier miles. I only go to Europe once every 5 years or so. To me that makes it worth while. Otherwise I’m happy with coach or business class if it isn’t too much more.

Upgrading to first class is totally worth it on an 8+ hour flight. A friend of mine said he got a single rohypnol from his Dr. He took it when they took off from London and woke up in Phoenix, AZ. Totally worth it.
