The block *might* be the same, I can’t recall. That’s the only thing that would be the same. It has forged pistons, rods, crankshaft, twin turbos, instead of a single twin-scroll turbo. Air-water intercooler, for much less heatsoak, different head, etc.

It’d be whp not bhp. The numbers aren’t usually exactly whp. If history stays the same for the b58, it should be around 330whp, so 380 bhp.
