Would watch a movie about a giant groundhog.
Also true of the 1970s, and really any classic era of film. There has always been no shortage of terrible films.
Doesn't Demi's character try to commit suicide by…leaving the windows open on a cold night? I always found that hilariously melodramatic, and thus perfect for the movie.
Still absurdly low.
They do for awhile, and then most come back around.
It was insane to see the numbers of votes tallying up by state, and then thinking about how many people actually live in those states. I know this was pretty much par for the course as far as voter turnout goes, but it was still incredibly depressing.
Or you can use it to train them to become little activists. I'm hoping an upside is that younger generations will grow up over the next four years into a sea of progressives.

There's a live meter on NYT, showing Florida forecast, and it's just wavering back and forth across the dividing line.
Trump wins. We eventually turn the TV back on. Viggo is on every channel, painting and reading aloud his own poetry at the same time.
This lovely story is offsetting the heart attack I'm about to have watching the NY Times election live feed.
He called the shit poop!
The Trumpy clip reminds me of how irrationally angry I get every time someone refers to Trump as Trumpy.
Never trust the opinion of a sentient bag of cocaine.
