You have seen LV factories in China with our own eyes?

that is a lot of anger directed toward a company that simply identified a market and sells products to that market. It isn't like they are an oil company or a drug cartel.

Yum. My favorites are Beausoleil. Kumamotos with new folks.

Please don't show my wife!

For those of us that grew up on farms: the origin of washing chicken had nothing to do with trying to clean off bacteria.

I would like to know how you achieve 160 degrees and still be pink

I never let it get over 135 though, 140 tops. I get that temp doesn't equal color, but I said rare not medium. Look, I generally liked your story so I'm not trying to be critical. But, we also way overcook most of our food. The risk is a bit exaggerated outside of ground beef and if you know you are getting grass fed

I get grass fed beef so that I can have it nice and rare. 160 degrees? May as well eat shoe leather.

Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute has also been a good source for scientific data on radioactivity in the oceans and seafood.

I agree the idea is interesting, but sending images to random Photoshopers of rather dubious talent led to weird/terrible results

I'm not so sure, every PS my wife consulted say 10-15 years they should be replaced (depending on type). Maybe that is just piece of mind? I do agree they are vastly different now especially the silicon type that is a completely different molecular structure that stays together rather than oozing

Show me where consent is an element of the crime of child pornography? If you can't, then you need to make a better argument as to why sexting should be treated differently. Otherwise, a rational conclusion is that a different legal rubric needs to be put in place for these types of crimes.

Well I'm glad to see you are willing to have a rational discussion before engaging in ad hominem attacks.

Yes, and I think all of those things should be criminal, but much as with the revenge porn laws the law has not caught up well with technology in deciding the appropriate crimes. Do you think a teen that sexts should be charged with child pornography? Technically they are guilty under the law. Consent is not relevant

I'm not defending the person's language toward you (so I don't quite understand why you are giving me attitude), nor am I defending the actions of the people in this case, but I completely disagree that the facts of this case indicate that what they did is "just as bad" as rape. This is much more like the case earlier

I generally agree. These are terrible individuals and deserve some legal consequences for their actions. However, I think the charges are excessive and due to the law not catching up with society and technology. Much as I disagree with child porn charges in sexting cases, I disagree with it here.

The point seems to be that the criminal penalties for child porn are on par with those of rape. The OP is not suggesting that the person was charged with rape.

Seems like the first mistake made here was buying Prosecco...

Everything public rates him very high as a surgeon, but maybe you have inside baseball information. That said, using ADHD to try to disparage someone is pretty low particularly when his pseudoscience activities are reason enough to criticism him

I find it a bit sad, by all accounts he is a very well respected cardiologist. Why is he pedaling all this pseudoscience? Does he believe it or is he just cashing in?
