Obviously Nintendo has to worry about more than North America, but all the Gen1'ers like myself that tried to keep up but gave up halfway through gen 2/3 came crawling out of the woodwork for Go and to a large extent Moon/Sun. I’d like to see them roll that into a big release that changes the tired story line.

Yep. I’d be okay w/ a dark world adventure. Swap out the color pallet, change the enemies/heroes and move the shrines around. Add a story about how Ganon retreated into the Dark World and you have to go in w/ Zelda to defeat him once and for all yada yada...

IMO Yoshi and Kirby get new games in 2018, but I have a feeling a open world DKC:3D is GOTY2018 :)
