The whole buying a game for a platform you don’t own and then playing it on a different platform via roms and emulation is weird. On one hand, yeah I want to support the developers and the franchise, on the other you are rewarding them for ignoring you as a customer.

I used to love Monopoly growing up, but now I know it for the shit game it is. Very little strategy, often ends up in stalemates between two people that can take hours and it mostly relies on luck or conning the other players into bad trades.

This change is a bit of a bummer, since there isn’t as much of a reward for hitting 100, but the flip side is that there are now loot boxes rewarded for playing the new arcade mode. Getting 5 loot boxes (3 for winning any 9 Arcade games and 2 for winning specific arcade modes) a week is pretty great.

Last time I played there was basically one or two sets that were viable per character, which railroaded you into your build. I guess it feels like you are being punished for playing a janky build since the ceiling for difficulty is so high, but you loose out on loot drops if you play lower difficulties.

I do not see the allure of the seasons model on D3.

The wake up light is amazing for some people. I find that it helps me wake up in a more natural way as opposed to the instant stress of an alarm going off. I have the more expensive version with the radio and nature sounds alarm which is way more pleasant than harsh beeping I was used to.

I think most of the problems people are running into are latency issues, I saw the same things in TF2. It is annoying, but it happens to everybody.

The great thing about Overwatch is that almost all the characters are a blast to play. There are maybe 4 characters I don’t like playing.

I can’t tell if this game is going to be good, bad, poisoned or delicious.
