As an animal shelter volunteer, ^^^ THIS. I regularly have to remind even adults not to go running up to dogs they don’t know because they don’t know how the dog will react to a loud human running towards them with arms out and trying to touch them!

On point 2: As someone who has gone to the range several times, I can tell you it’s a *lot* easier to shoot multiple targets quickly with 30 round magazines than it is with 15 round magazines because of the time it takes to change magazines.
