It never ceased to amaze me on how out of touch Lifehacker authors can be sometimes. Could you at least put in the title 'for those who have dishwashers'. Most ppl living in small apartments wouldn't have one!
This was a pretty long article on the merits of little plastic containers.
She apparently doesn't reuse them. Kind of odd she'd go out and buy new ones but doesn't reuse what's already at home
If you feel the need to use plastic this makes more sense the going out and buying new soup containers from a restaurant supply store. Guess the OP didn’t grow up in a household that reuses containers like this.
That’s just the typical American mindset of I’m going to do what I want when I want and I don’t care who it inconveniences. Too much selfishness in that nation.
The author was actually saying here that she agress with those who would rather stay home than risk traveling...
Exactly my thought. Darwinism at work here. I think it speaks volumes about an individual who thinks chugging Benadryl, ingesting tide pods or pouring boiling hot water down their throats for views is worth it. It’s one thing when a young child does it without understanding the harm, but teens and young adults (and…
That is a great way to put it ‘challenges are the new chain letter’ What bothers me about many of the challenges that are supposed to bring awareness or possibly raise money for a cause is that they’re done by ppl with absolutely no intention of raising awareness or money, they just want to hop on the bandwagon and do…
Not sure why this article is called how to use ANY DSLR camera as a webcam when in fact only certain DLSR cameras are capable of doing this. (older models cannot)
Instead of writing the same article over and over again about using a waffle maker to cook everything, just finally write an article titled “Cook everything and anything like a college freshman by pressing the shit out of it in a waffle iron!”
A lot of work to know whether the power went out or not.... Interesting
Agreed. No say sitting there listening to clicks is easier, less time consuming or more fun than just searching for the clue which like you said is usually pretty close by. I typically locate a clue before I even see the safe.
Everyone knows one of the great things about becoming an adult is deciding to have dessert for dinner, lunch, or breakfast.
Lifehacker regularly ignores chunks of the population when doling out advice. How about the endless work from home articles (including the ones before the pandemic) that are written, always disregarding and ignoring the large group of people who cannot do their jobs from home. Lifehacker writers seem pretty out of…
Alternatively, instead of buying up newcchildren lunch containers, you can store it in a container your already have! Wow what an idea
That ‘new’ precipitation wheel has always been there just not on the front page. Seems there aren’t really any new features to the update, just a redesign.
I’ve put cute clothes on my cat and she HATES it. So when she is extra uncomfortable I really don’t think she’ll appreciate it any more than usual. Plus does the fabric not rub on the animals stitches (depending on where/what was done to the animal)?
An article titled entitled how to drink on domestic flights: “There is no way to drink on domestic flights so just sneak your own booze on!” Why is the author recommending doing something that could get you aressted or barred from flying again with the airline.
Many European countries have stated even once borders are opened travelers from the US will still be barred from entering. Considering what a mess the US has done overall on containing the virus I’m not shocked some countries are choosing to do this.
