True...the ads that show it sliding , the turns are DOWNHILL.

Its straining as hard as it can, but it just cant seem to accelerate swiftly.
I rewatched all of TNG a few years back and was surprised how much I enjoyed Troi. They didn’t always give her much to do (and why is there a therapist on the bridge of a starship?) but she’s such a warm presence on the show. And when she did get a chance to do something deeper, like Dark Page, she delivered on it.
One of my favorite GC moments
i am an olympic-level shusher when it comes to people being disruptive at the movies. parents of toddlers roaming the aisles, teens with open glowing open screens, biddies in non-stop chitter-chatter— ALL have felt my wrath. have even had people apologize when the lights came up — as if nobody ever taught them how to…
otoh, I think it was the third Bay4merZ where I waited a couple weeks to finally see how bad it was. (Devastator balls and pyramid one) as soon as the movie started, some lady who had sat right behind me (maybe ten people in whole theatre!) started asking “Now which one is that? Was it in the other one?” I simply…
During The Hunger Games I actually did this. There was a group of 4 fifty-something adults who were talking at normal speaking volume. This was in the reserved “Prive” section of what was (at the time) the nicest theater in town. They were one row back, 20 feet away but were so loud they may as well have been right…
Your second point has backfired on me. It was teenagers, and they just laughed at me and made more noise. Now I just move as far away as I can and still have a decent seat and let other people be the police.
It’s like this comment was set on Cruise Control.*
Wow. Both people in omak saw it!
I’ve had Apple phones and Android phones. Both work fine sometimes, both suck sometimes. Just deal with it.
Just wondering, did you play it in the arcade or a home console(or PC) release. From what I understand the home releases made the prompts much easier to follow. The original arcade wasn’t as easy to follow. For example sometimes you were not sure if it wanted to you hit a direction or hit one of the action buttons.
Believe it or not, Dragon’s Lair was released in 1983. I know it sounds crazy nowadays, but it actually ran on an internal LaserDisc system, which is why the “graphics” looked so advanced. You were basically just watching a LaserDisc movie.
Other comics I recommend are the new Iron Man, helmed by a black teen, and Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Two great comics with strong black female leads
My first Black heroes were Bruce Leroy from the Last Dragon and Ben from the Night of the Living dead remake. I seriously want to dress up as Bruce Leroy or Sho Nuff every Halloween. Ok, any day.
buddy why do you think i quit
no spicy nuggets, no peace
A good read, thank you for opening up about an experience not many will have. I’d really like to believe that maybe, just maybe a couple people will read this and hesitate the next time they storm off to their computer to mash away at the angry buttons but, you know, I’m just not that optimistic. I hope you’ll feel…
You’re an American hero. Thank you for what you do. I will pray for you.
