From what I remember, the guy who shot Brandon Lee on The Crow set (might have been the actor who played Funboy?) took a year off from acting and never saw the finished film from the guilt, 12 years later said he was still having nightmares about it.

Can that system be defeated though? If it could, what else should they do? At what point do you accept that it’s the fault of the driver?

An article from 4 years ago says it would cost about $15k to replace the battery. I’m assuming it’s cheaper now, but it would be cheaper for them to pay out a settlement after a class action suit.

For what it’s worth, they’re still investigating, but on the downside, it’s looking like they’ll have to replace the whole battery - though that hasn’t been completely determined.
