Perhaps legal issues? I love Rose but I’m not sure how much she’s in lately, and someone as powerful as a Weinstein would be able to get a huge legal team almost instantly. She’d end up like Kesha :/

Exactly, she’s left enough clues for people to figure out who she is talking about without saying the name. That protects her legally and it’s the best she can do. And she’s speaking directly to the people who know who she is talking about, because she isn’t the first person to make these accusations about him.
