If you’d like to donate to their Stigma Relief Fund, you can do so here

“Fariñasaid it was her hope that wealthier families whose kids will now be eligible to receive free lunch would donate the savings to their children’s schools via parent associations”

But it could still fall in sheets and knock me out??? :)

Omg, yes! A few months ago my husband took a four day trip, alone. When I mentioned it to people, they went on and on about how he deserved it because he works so hard and blah blah blah. A month later, I took a four day trip, alone. When I mentioned it, those same people asked how he was going to handle the girls

But how do you know what a good father is until you’re in the thick of it? Yeah, obviously someone who isn’t afraid to be around kids, who is patient, kind, and all the general things but being a good father is so much more than that. What about picking wedgies or scratching your underarm and then feeling compelled to smell your fingers, even though you know you don’t smell but you want to double check?

From what I understand, churches are the best place to contact in those smaller towns. I know some churches are full but they can refer you to other towns. I had that happen when I contacted someone in La Grange; they referred me to Smithville. TXSAR is doing great work and I know they are dispatching their volunteers

Please, please, PLEASE remember that Houston wasn’t the only city affected by this storm. There were so many small towns who were impacted and they aren’t getting the same amount of press. (I understand why so please don’t get on me about that, okay?) So please donate to organizations who are helping all Harvey

Greogory Maguire’s spin in Cinderella, Confessions of an Ugly Step-Sister, takes place during Tulip Mania and is a quick and fun read.

Seriously. They even make incest boring.
