I heartily believe she’s lying about her age. I’m 26, I have plenty of friends who are 26, and she is not younger than we are. No way, no how. I don’t even care about facts, I just refuse to believe it.
I can see the logic in actresses doing this if they don’t hit their big break until they’re already in their 30s. They have to know that they’ll be dealing with a pretty short window to make their money. Didn’t Jessica Chastain try something similar a couple of years ago, only to be contradicted by a yearbook photo?
I mean, her stated birthdate would mean she was 22/23 in Wolf of Wall Street, which is laughable. Granted, it didn’t help that she was aged up in bad ‘80s hair/makeup/clothing, but if she’s 25, then I’m damn near 40.
maybe they age much slower in Australia/New Zealand? Isn’t Lorde supposed to be 73 years old too?
Did we ever decide how old Beyonce is? I know there was a lot of speculation that she’s closer to 40 than 30.
ONTD has been trying to figure this out for years. More power to her, if this keeps her career going longer.

This happens a lot. There are several celebrities I took special note of because they were almost exactly my age ... come to find, a few years down the road, they had become younger than me. As far as I’m concerned, they can have at it. Considering the LFD (last fuckable day) bar for women is set at 25/26.

It’s odd that they would go 5 whole years younger — when they lie about actresses’ ages (I seem to remember something about Shannon Elizabeth), don’t they usually shave off 2 years or so?
If there’s one thing that a good parent has to be, it’s selfless. For this couple to have a child at their ages is anything but selfless.
I dunno, they might have 20+ years left. At the same time, a woman who gives birth at 25 might get in a car crash and die. I’m sort of on board with the doctor that was OK with it.
Since I was never a big music store person, I kept picturing GameStop in this same role. Well that, and Jack Black in “High Fidelity”, but I love that movie and I hate GameStop dude.
The entire music industry, from the exploitative music executives, the colluding radio stations, the snobby and sexist music critics, to the condescending stores destroyed their own industry. Even if they didn’t miss the boat on mp3s/streaming, we were just waiting for a chance to stick it to them.

The original Tower Records on Broadway in Sacramento was always my go-to spot when new music came out. The staff was super friendly (both male and female). I remember when Madonna's American Life came out (stop laughing), I walked down to Tower for their "midnight sale" the day before the album's release with a crisp…
No excuse for that, except to say that dudes around Colin’s age are the worst sexists. Women couldn’t possibly have memories and be serious record store people according the the hipster dude club. Seriously, older men are actually less sexist as a group.
