Sure, it's OK. But it's not great. In fact it's kind of bad.

"So woke means men must be portrayed as weak idiots?"

Yeah I really enjoyed The Brink

I'm having a very hard time buying the narrative that the election was swung, in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, by fake news stories shared on Facebook.

And weird that Hotline Miami is unmentioned as well, given it's more popular than the Blood Dragon spinoff, and brought a lot of then niche synthave acts to wider audiences, Perturbator and Carpenter Brut being two of them.

I think maybe the more conventional writing team they've assembled since the first season?

Weird not to see Peaky Blinders anywhere on here. The whole thing is on Netflix, and I really enjoyed it. Didn't get reviewed or talked about anywhere on the AV Club? A BBC thing or something?

Huh. Brendan Fraser is 7 years younger than Tom Cruise.

Look at the black outline pixels in the screengrab. They're stretched horizontallly (different in size from the vertical dimension). The image got squashed somewhere in the pipeline.

I am disgusted by AV Club's glib butchering of the game's aspect ratio in the header image.

she did. with her previous show, The New Adventures of Old Christine. 5 seasons and a bunch of Emmy's.

Tbe whole series started streaming on Netflix this year, so it's getting a new burst of exposure

But seriously, you can dress up your reheated Hannibal Lecter genre crap, but it's a silly show treated with far too much reverence considering how schlocky it is. Broad City is doing something fresh doesn't emanate all the Emporer's New Clothes vibes of the former.

My verdict: Hannibal is garbage. Broad City is divine.

Hey, at least Mad Men doesn't have a fascination with dream sequences (and talking about them with a tv psychiatrist)

Pokemon

Hannibal is garbage. Artfully composed garbage, at least, but garbage nonetheless

I wish we could just retire the word "cyber"

For christ's sake, something widely reported by the media contemporaneously is NOT an urban legend.
