It looks to me like there are also similarities between this piece and Raymond Swanland’s art from “Ugin, the Spirit Dragon”. There are certainly more alteration made in that case, but the perspective and some specific details feel a touch close. I could be wrong

If it was a Kirby game getting cancelled, it would suck.

Ok, cool thanks. I’ll take a second look. I enjoy the game but I’m an old man and I get ornery when I think a company is trying to gouge me.

you should be able to play memories from the journal

I JUST finished this game last night. It’s great. My only 2 complaints are you should be able to play memories from the journal, and that the graphical style sometimes (rarely, but I remember 2 distinct times) makes it hard to tell what is killing someone, which is annoying when you have to be so specific. But

Other itch scratchers that I very much like: any of the Shadowrun games and VA-11 HALL-A, if you’re into visual novel-ness plus bartending. I would also say Deus Ex, if you wanted to get something closer to Cyberpunk in style.

That sounds nice. I’m not a Dad but as long as the group has decent people I’ll sign up

I never learn. I like playing destiny. Love the lore and everything. But I’m mostly a solo player , sans pvp, so when I get to a mission or content that requires more than one player I stop playing. I could just join a clan but with my work schedule I usually end up getting kicked from the clan because of lack of

They should just get rid of purchases - I’ll probably never play or use Stadia, but I’d never invest in purchases on Stadia....they should just keep it subscription based. That limits the games more, but no way I’d spend $40-$60 on a Red Dead Redemption 2 on Stadia. If they shut Stadia down, I’m not getting that money

Yay, DbD! I work on it, so I’m biased. :) The team’s been hard at work getting the Stadia version ready. :)

Sigh... I was cautiously optimistic for this one too. I hear there’s no XP again, and there’s no permanent gear either? Part of the appeal of RPGs is improving your character over time.

I don’t think this battle system is for me. I usually try to avoid puzzles like this in games. I don’t feel satisfaction from solving a puzzle, to me it is just going through the motions. I know what to do, but doing it is a chore. I'm not sure why, that's just how I feel. It feels like busy work.

Hi, since I’m seeing lots of talk about whether the headline/image are a spoiler, here’s my thinking on that: it’s only a spoiler if you look at Lev being trans as something that’s meant to be a surprise or some kind of dramatic reveal. Years upon years of trans storylines have taught us this (think: The Crying Game,

Sorry, can’t take a comment about doing “more research” seriously when you clearly did not read my entire piece, lol!

interestingly—for Nintendo’s lawyers if nobody else—

G2A is now paying Wube $39,600, 10x the cost of a single copy of Factorio

If you haven’t given Dark Souls 2 a go, that could be a good one. It’s not nearly so bleak as DS3, and has a heady fairy-tale sorta world to get lost in.

I haven’t played a Doom since Doom 64. From reading this one’s reviews, it sounds more and more like the one I need to check out is the last one that came out a few years ago. I don’t know. I always found FPS’s fascinating, but they were never a genre I was naturally goot at or cared to put the time into to get good

I don’t know that I would have been able to put it into words until now, but yes: I definitely have a phobia about severe damage to the human head
