Your parents are fucked up.

You were a great guest on Patrick and Alex’s morning show on Giant Bomb. Wish that thing was still around!

What map were you playing on that objectives didn’t just win it for them? Did they keep getting Tributes, then just never push the lanes along with their creeps? Did they keep getting Seeds then intentionally not use the Garden Terror?

ikr

I told them I was male, but they should add Bayonetta so the game has more female representation that aren’t princesses, so I’m sure that will thoroughly confuse them.

Oh 8-4, what do you have to say about yourselves now?

The ActionTrip jokes is super lazy. I mean, most jokes around game publishers are lazy cheapshots, and that one is especially bad.

It's fine when the series has 1-2 token humans. That's been every Transformers cartoon ever except for like Beast Wars and Beast Machines.

I actually like the Sgt. Hammer skins more than most. I'd much prefer different designs of the same character (like Sgt. Hammer, or just about any skins in Dota 2) to the silly skins like stupid Murloc Diablo or French Chef Stitches or whatever.

I'm talking about man hours, not technical specs of the system. Street Fighter II has large sprites with a bunch of animation because those 8-12 characters plus a few backgrounds are literally the whole game.

Sorry man, can't help you, didn't bother doing it myself. Doesn't seem worth all of the busywork just to keep getting one special Mii in your queue.

I like the visual style of it, but the viewpoint of first person dungeon crawlers still looks goofy and archaic to me whenever I see it. Sorry, Legend of Grimrock and Shin Megami Tensei, you're like the video game equivalent of a man walking around in 2015 dressed in a Saturday Night Fever-style 3-piece white disco

Yeah, if you were to buy a 3DS tomorrow and put it online, it would download whatever special Mii Nintendo is currently distributing, even if Nintendo first posted it weeks ago. They seem to leave them active for a few weeks because they know people might not have their 3DS on at all times to receive the download.

It's always really disappointing to see just how bad the grammar can be in fan fiction. Assuming the writer is at least approaching puberty (say like, 10 at the absolute least), that is abysmal grammar and syntax for a 10-year-old.

It's a bit of a sappy ending, but that's still one of my favourite endings of a Simpsons episode.

There was an era when that show first started where it was very culturally relevant, and the family was a somewhat relatable caricature of a barely middle class American family.

Sorry, that article is quite long so if you don't like the show I don't expect you to read it

I'm still a little sad that LEGO gradually transitioned from:

I think the 5 stages of grief thing is REALLY reaching. Like, on so many levels. Pretty much everybody in all 5 zones is in denial about the moon hitting the Earth, since almost no one actually acknowledges it as a possibility; the only difference in Clock Town is that there are some dissenting opinions of people who

I can buy the water and clouds, but the Link+ship sprite is enormous and would be a pain to animate, especially if you assume it's in a hypothetical game where you can still do all of the actions Link can do at sea in that game (fire a cannon, throw a boomerang, get out his claw arm to retrieve treasure, play the Wind

Sure, the water looks Mode 7-ish, but everything other than the water texture is way too detailed and high res.
