That explains this DLC so well. It all makes sense now.

Well, at least the premise is pretty crazy. Hopefully the gameplay and writing turn out to be equally pleasing.
Just saying "derp" and then prattling on sarcastically doesn't actually refute his point.
That guy's voice is totally awesome.
I recommend you at least try them out. I'm not trying to bash the series, but I'll share my experience with it. I, too, picked up the collection, because I'd only ever played Mega Man X.
Oh yeah, I'm fine with Zero. Like I said, I sorta like X4 despite it having some of the same faults as X5 and X6. It's interesting that it's almost 2 separate games, since you get a completely different set of boss rewards when playing as Zero.
Mega Man X and X2 are certainly really awesome, and I think the first game in particular has incredibly good music. I agree, the dashing and wall climbing make it interesting, and I think the health and suit upgrades were a good way to mix up the Mega Man formula.
Even as a "meta high score", it doesn't make much sense. It isn't any indication of skill, nor is it reflective of spending a particularly long time with any one game. The only thing it reflects is just how many games you've owned/rented/borrowed and put like 5-20 hours into.
Nobody is shilling for Gawker by having to login with an existing Facebook/Twitter account. That much is obvious.
The game actually spans several years, so no, you're wrong.
You don't know what you're talking about, do you?
If you think Kotaku's editorial staff actually has some ongoing dislike of Nintendo as a company that is slanting all of their articles, then you're seeing what you want to see. They rightly criticized the 3DS costing a lot yet having few games worth playing, but they were hardly the only site doing that.
The price you give for a new 360 with 320GB HDD seems rather low. Link or it didn't happen.
As Straw Hat points out, sure, some of the broad structure of Firefly is comparable to Outlaw Star, but that's where the similarities end.
It makes me really wish they measured opening weekends in ticket sales, and not in dollars, because ticket sales increase at different theatres as time goes on, and total gross is not a very useful measure of overall interest in the film, especially with how much extra the ticket price is for 3D movies.
That would be badass, except for the Final Fantasy part.
Horribly mismanaging a project and announcing it 6 years before it gets released is really not the same thing as trolling.
How long has this current Manly Guys arc been going? I don't regularly read it, but it seems like the Manly Guys have been in bishonen form for like a year.
A) Don't be fucking stupid. The Soviet Union effectively lost the Cold War, and those countries weren't suddenly forced to start speaking English. Forcing entire countries to start speaking a different language is rarely a top priority when a war concludes, as it's way too much effort.
You've summarized quite nicely why Lackshama deserved to lose his star.
