I would disagree partially, the Catwoman story addon in Arkham City was good and added a lot to the story that would not have been there otherwise. Plus you could free roam with Catwoman which was awesome, but aside from that and costume packs... yeah, underwhelming at best.

I would give it a try if you get bored, you can get all of the heroes naturally and fairly easily without spending a dime, it’s the extra costumes that are a bit harder to get.

Have you tried Marvel Heroes? It’s a free to play MMO-light PC game that is made by a lot of the same people I think, it’s online Marvel Diablo that is constantly update and adding to it’s roster. In fact Ant Man both movie and comic(skin) were just added just recently.
