It's a Keaton from Majora's Mask again, just like Ocarina of Time MM had the Keaton Mask but also you actually get to meet keatons too .

I couldn't be anymore disappointed with this announcement unless they announced all the Star Wars characters were going to be for iOS only... When I heard rumors of Tron characters I was really excited, and I play on the 360 along with several of my friends, this is a huge let down.
