Placentas aren't babies.

The three big East Asian countries (China, Korea, Japan) are always accusing one another of eating babies. I've had entire conversations with Chinese people about how Koreans sell aborted fetuses in supermarkets as snacks. I've also heard Koreans accuse the Taiwanese of this same practice.

CANNOT UNSEE

It's like Beyond Rangoon, but with guns.

I'm currently using Rosetta Stone to learn Greek. Yes, the lessons are long, but that's kind of the point; if you take 1 hour out of your day to sit down and use the software, you'll really see the results. I was surprised at how much I retained after just two days of using it.

Come on, Nokia. Just release an N8 with Windows Phone on it. That's all you need to do to win me back.

One step closer. Almost there...

I remember how a month after I got my Kindle 2, Amazon updated it wirelessly and increased its battery life by 75%. I have no idea how they did this, but it amazes me to this day.

Although many tabloids use Page 3 girls, The Sun actually has a trademark on the term, and they

And yet, there are still people who say that Angry Birds isn't hardcore...

@PajamaSam: It's actually really fun to see all the ice buildings in one place and walk among them at night. But yeah, the cold is a real problem. Harbin's main street has five or so McDonald's and another few KFC's that exist solely to sell hot chocolate and coffee to pedestrians; travelers establish a decent rhythm

I went in January of 2008. It's very pretty but stupidly cold (-30 Celsius); I tried to take pictures but my camera froze up, literally.

I'd talk to audiophiles in person, but thin air is lossy as hell. And don't even get me started on the inner ear canal.

I would love to do this, but the service only works within the United States :(

A cursory view of the comments reveals that many people don't get that this is satire. Why is that?
