I realize you’ve gotten many replies on this, but I haven’t seen this one yet so - my cat does the same thing and the vet suggested feeding her on a tray instead of a bowl to slow her down. It works! She eats off of a jelly roll pan now and grazes all day instead of scarfing everything down immediately.
