Well, to be fair, the sky isn’t actually blue. I could go into light refractering and whatnot, but I know you know better because you write in complete sentences.

That’s the Trump playbook, accuse your opponent of what you’ve been accused of so no one knows what to think.
My reaction too. Bullshit he’s read that book. Someone in his sphere of existence is a staffer he treats like shit but he also secretly thinks is smart was carrying around that book and Trump’s brain went, “huh. That must be a good one. Tweet and sound smart.”
In that same ceremony Trump called Pearl Harbor “a pretty wild scene” like it was some kind of ‘60s love-in orgy.
No shit. The federal government using its power to import one state’s laws into another state without the latter’s consent. Can you imagine what the response would be if this was about anything other than guns? Phrases like “stunning audacity” and “stupefying ideological dissonance” and “criminal stupidity” just…
In other news a distant friend called me (and other Hillary supporters) out on facebook for all the “hate” she received for being a Bernie supporter that voted 3rd party because of this article...
Hello, fellow grumpy spinster. Every morning I pass by a neighbour who’s out with her two foofy e dogs. They’re not leashed (they’re quite small). If I happen to be running for the bus, they get excited and come running after me. Then she shouts at them, “Randy, Dave, get back here!” Hilarious names for purse dogs.
‘The House just passed the “Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act,” which would allow concealed carry license holders to do so in other states.’
Even on the leash people need to keep their dogs under control. I’ve seen a lot of aggressive dogs on too long leashes and had to go in the road, out of biting/jumping distance.
I am a very frequent flyer, and this also frustrates me... It’s fine if you don’t know what you’re doing, but at least be aware that you’re holding everyone else up and don’t be a belligerent jerk about it.
What is with these people who think it is acceptable to have their dog off leash? If the dog is not in your house or fenced in, don’t have them off leash. I have neighbors who are pissed at me because I had a fence put in. I was tired of their dog running around in my yard and them not cleaning up after him.
I think the social contract is breaking down everywhere - on the roads, in the air, shopping, heck even walking my dog I always come across some idiot who thinks it’s ok to have their aggressive dog off leash even though it’s against the law (he just wants to play) and then gets mad at me for picking up my dog just in…
Although I know people could still get loaded in an airport lounge pre-departure, I would pay a little extra to get a booze-free flight. I know airlines make money from the drinks/drunks, but they could make it up with a “fee for a moron-free” flight.
Waistlines have been expanding faster than airline seats have been shrinking.
Holiday air travel is in part so frustrating because of how many infrequent flyers take to the air. When people don’t know basics like when to have tickets ready, how to get through security and how to load a carry on it slows already painfully slow processes to a crawl.
I’m convinced a significant portion or air rage incidents are attributable to mild hypoxia. When they banned smoking on planes, they also stopped replacing the air in the cabin nearly as often. It’s stale, canned air, and after a few hours someone who isn’t the most cheerful person anyway could absolutely lose their…
Fun Fact: The TSA has never prevented any attacks of any scale on airlines. They’re actually completely useless.
Good! If you can’t follow some rules, sit down and behave, you shouldn’t be allowed on an airplane.
“She never said no to what we chose to do together.”
The real plan is to let deficit grow two years, say the deficit is out of hand, cut medicare, medicaid, consumer protection, public lands, education, etc...
