This is such a double standard for companies that aren’t Apple.

In the United States this has become extremely rare. People are told the full price or the monthly to pay off the full price as a cost that is separated from the costs of the network. Everything you said was true up to two years ago, but things have changed here. Maybe they will in Canada too someday.

Can’t argue with Google on this. Amazon is not using the YouTube website but some bastardization that undercuts Google’s ad service and features. Just allow the regular YouTube website as it should be and Google will relent. Amazon just doesn’t want to allow YouTubers to earn.
