That is a hazard, because you are not the only person who thinks they have the right of way when entering traffic. Unfortunately, you are incorrect.

The interesting thing, they could still be used in California... Once a vehicle is registered it can cross to other states with equipment that isn’t normally allowed. The vehicle only needs to comply with it’s registered state regulations, not the ones in the state it travels through.
Did the town bother to do any research on this before spending the cash...
I am confused, the article starts by saying:
We can argue semantics, but I imagine there will be the ability through the their touchscreen interface to manually operate the car to a small degree, and at a crawling pace. I don’t mean drive down the road here, or take control while the vehicle is going down the highway at speed, but there are many people arguing…
I’m sure, it is a promotional photo for a Gulfstream jet.
Well many cockpits are fly-by-wire, and will not have real flight controls just small joysticks.
Now that is a subtle point - if the Federal policy is “must not” have you are correct.
I don’t understand how this can be correct, and it appears to be backwards. States can always supplement and add their own requirements above and beyond the federal (NHTSA) regulations.
On my many visits to China, every elevator and escalator was either Otis (USA based), or Schindler (Swiss based).
You are right, and many programs for computers have this also - it is also weak. Go install an pirated copy of software, the first step is to stop the program from communicating with the internet for authentication so that the software isn’t, in essence, ‘bricked’
Let me explain this in another way for you, because you clearly don’t understand why everyone is up in arms. You are right, it doesn’t break the encryption - it makes the encryption irrelevant and therefore the device unsecure.
I have a BS in Agronomy, it is not capillary, I recommend this video shared by another poster:
I think you should watch this video shared by another poster:
Capillary action can only raise water about a foot and a half.
There are no “salt physics in the tree route” and the roots don’t ‘pump’ water up to the top.
The trees are laughing at the researchers,:
You need to include the alt. text.:
I was wondering about control underwater - I am guessing it would need to be autonomous... but it will also lose GPS, right?
All true, except this is snow.
