OK. Let's go personal.
OK. Let's go personal.
As dumb as it is, I'd pick TV in a heartbeat.
Long form, ever changing narrative is so goddamn alluring, and I love the relationship an ongoing creator can have with the audience.
Write movies or write for TV/Internet-based episodic entertainment resembling the format of TV?
Wrath of Khan
Alien
2001
District 9
RoboCop
The Matrix (but I haven't seen the other one so this is hardly fair)
BttF
Wall-E (easiest choice. Wall-E is one of my favorite movies)
But in all seriousness…
I choose….
Still floored that 'Rick and Morty' did "Paradigms of Human Memory" and Harmon STILL knows how to make the idea fresh.
Don't worry, it's Dan Harmon.
I'm sure he'll find a way to get himself fired.
How long can you tolerate me quoting 'Army of Darkness'?
Oh.
I like the stuff with Hickey, the part where Annie takes Intro to Law and Jeff completely shuts her down (learning that he COULD actually be a good teacher), and Shirley being the one to help Abed with his Cageholism was a smart reassertion that all these characters are genre savvy to a pretty realistic extent.
I certainly pity Trank for having such difficultly just getting the film made, but… It's impossible to tell just why the film was so bad without knowing all the details.
Hey. We get Riann Johnson directing Episode 8, so I think we still win.
so are the Reed Richards of these movies interacting across trans dimensional portals?
I think the movie was a disaster Day One. I'm very skeptical towards the idea that Fox fucked up a perfectly competent film. It had to be at LEAST shit before Fox made it worse.
You should not apologize for the length nor its pretentiousness. Now I won't feel alone.
This is a really fucking good analysis.
give me the word, and I'll stick it in
Oh, you found me.
Just do what you're doing.
I look forward to your post, and I wasn't sure if any one was even assigned Repilot.
I'm sure you'll do great.
I will find him
