Why doesn't the Goomba ever get to go kart? Even just seeing him attempt to drive would make me forever content.

*soft, snooty groan*
Too soon, man.
*shakes head*
Too soon…

Goddammit Paramount.

And please. "I have a magic food supply ex machina that will allow your stupid fucking red head to remain in charge and without much issue or potentially interesting inner strife!"

I absolutely lost it when the town extras did their best attempt at "fighting" eachother.
Geez, people. You might hurt someone with those halfhearted pokes.

I cannot describe how badly I wanted to see this virus be put into effect. Watching these awful people slowly die of sickness would be the most enjoyment that this show could ever give me.

I actually kinda like these movies. As silly, brainless suspense flicks, one could do worse on a rainy day.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes isn't here due to shoddy criticism. I call for an upheaval of the system. I need a card table to flip

Just want to say, thank you AV club commentators, for providing me a solid source of entertainment, debate, and education. You guys are great.

I think there is something to be said about how Adventure Time continuously inverts expectations when presenting "Something Big." There is almost a self aware nature to how this episode keeps suggesting at big, bombastic, Made-for-TV finale events, and the "woah! Long forgotten father figure is resurfacing!", and then

This might be why I feel… discomfort playing GTA games, especially the new one.
It's all too real now. When you mow down a pedestrian, or have some homeless person bounce off your windshield, I feel like crap after that. With V, Grand Theft Auto is just too realistic in how the world is presented to be fun for me.

Come on! Blackadder II came in firing on all cylinders, and never stopped!
At least I really liked it!

I received a death notification for THIS?

Ohhhh Todd's one gets me. If you can pick apart a film, game, or book by pointing out small, minor inconsistencies and continuity errors, congratulations. You exhibit simple observational skills.

Can't judge because I haven't seen all of Breaking Bad (including the episode in question), but Polygraphy WAS a very good episode of television.
I'll bet that it was a fair match up.

My favorite is probably Third, if only because it is great seeing Blackadder act so unapologetically vile, and Prince George. Plus Sod off Baldrick might be my favorite Baldrick next to Goes Forth.

Can't believe Hannibal and Rick & Morty weren't even recognized, but otherwise there were some solid wins.
Glad to see Allison Tolman nab a win for Fargo!

Great. Glad to see you also managed to picked up on the non-existent sexism.

There's a HUGE difference between a petty criminal, and a sociopath like Malvo.
You know systems are not flawless, right? That sometimes a situation requires breaking even the most basic moral code. What Gus did was hardly righteous, but it was certainly necessary.

Todd summed up why Fargo was personally better rather well.
While True Detective fell into the "pitfalls" that usually plague dramatic television, Fargo stayed true to itself, and it paid off spectacularly.
