I think there is something to be said about how Adventure Time continuously inverts expectations when presenting "Something Big." There is almost a self aware nature to how this episode keeps suggesting at big, bombastic, Made-for-TV finale events, and the "woah! Long forgotten father figure is resurfacing!", and then…

Can't judge because I haven't seen all of Breaking Bad (including the episode in question), but Polygraphy WAS a very good episode of television.
I'll bet that it was a fair match up.

My favorite is probably Third, if only because it is great seeing Blackadder act so unapologetically vile, and Prince George. Plus Sod off Baldrick might be my favorite Baldrick next to Goes Forth.

You know systems are not flawless, right? That sometimes a situation requires breaking even the most basic moral code. What Gus did was hardly righteous, but it was certainly necessary.

Todd summed up why Fargo was personally better rather well.
While True Detective fell into the "pitfalls" that usually plague dramatic television, Fargo stayed true to itself, and it paid off spectacularly.
