Who’s liable when it loses power while trying to pull out in traffic?

We have one in a Legacy.  Not fond of it.

Why reinvent the wheel, so to speak?  There’s an existing design that you could just update with newer tech and be much cheaper.

I managed to get 140k+ out of my 03 Bugeye’s first clutch, and no gearbox issues.  . Yes, if you drive it like an idiot, you can hurt it bad. But you have to try, really.

Since I haven’t seen it in the list:

Could it be a VW Tiguan? It has the bevel to the rear door/c-pillar window.
Haven’t seen that part on mine, so not sure.

Wouldn’t touch it with a 100-ft pole. The red block B23/230FTs were great. The B234 16-valve, on the other hand, may have given rise to the Various Oil Leaks Very Often moniker.

You can clean out those drain lines for the sunroof with long pieces of trimmer line.
