that's a lot of tears

Man, who pissed in your raisin bran? I bet you also tell at kids to stop playing on your lawn. Being a DJ is an art form. It takes skill, timing, and the ability to find music hidden within the music. Do you give artists grief when they draw a picture of a building or anything else instead of painting something

Im just going to live my life thinking this has been on your computer for years and you were just waiting for a perfect moment to use this.

They are super cool devices and I've seen a few people do amazing things with them. While I play guitar and I can look at virtuoso's of that instrument and I can understand what it is they're doing and how, I can't get my head around the sheer scale of what can be done with a Maschine.

I can't believe anyone can look

I've been happily ignoring most anime fans for the majority of my life. It makes anime a lot easier to enjoy. That's the secret. ;)

you sound like a goddamn fool. Not making music? Thats funny they are taking nuanced harmonies and creating soemthing entiry new. By your logic if a guitar player doesnt play a new chord or rhythm i guess they are making 'real' music . Or ots different bc they are plucking the strings.

I was wrong. this guy is a fucking genius.

My brain is stupid. Stupid peripheral thoughts. This is what my brain read, and I was like, typical Kotaku. But then I kept looking and couldn't find it. LOL

Just when I think the internet couldn't possibly be any dumber, it goes and does something like this...AND TOTALLY REDEEMS ITSELF!

lots of people hating on Ellis here, but after that horrible intro his bit is actually pretty dope. he's doing FAR more than most modern "DJs" do. JJ is still amazing as far as classic DJ goes, but I can't hate on Ellis. dude has some skills. just a bad start.

Oh, sure, and when I do, I'm gonna find out how to make $4598 a week for only a few hours in front of the computers. Not falling for that. Again.

look kids, when we say "DJ", that's what real people mean. Not some dickhole who's learned to beat match, but a real musician.

Sorry, this will only work the first time someone is clever enough to think of it.

Yeah, to start off with there are 16 pads with 8 different groups, but it goes much deeper than that. With the new 2.0 software that number goes up exponentially . It's an amazing device. J. Ellis usually plays 2 of them at once. Like I said he's a goddamn beast. He's a classically trained pianist so his finger

Alright, I'll say it.

I'm sorry your comment makes you feel this way. Maybe avoid hitting the publish button next time?

Mario has the most iconic music in the gaming industry, why would they do something that not eeveryone will remember, or know?

Bullshit. You try to coordinate those sounds in the way that he did. That shit is not easy at all. I own a Maschine (the device he's using) and on the surface it may seem like all you do are pushing buttons, but there's a lot more to it than that. It takes just as much a skill as rocking the turntables...The same can
