Oh man. I’m so glad they focused their attention on porting this instead of improving FFIV’s frame rate in battles. </sarcasm>

I’ve actually heard it suggested that it’s the other way around. By focusing on player created content, developers are essentially taking advantage of thousands of free texture artists, modelers, and level designers. Some games are so reliant on player created content that they would completely flop without it (see:…
“But for now stay away from playing half of the game as Mewtwo.”
Thanks Nintendo. *thumbs-up*
And sadly I’ve been regretting the decision to buy it. I’ve tried once or twice to get into it. The intro was interesting, and made me want to know what’s going on, but the gameplay doesn’t seem to be my cup of tea. :\
But apparently plenty in telling people how to play their game. :\
I used the fact that the AI got caught on scenery to kill a rather large enemy on release day. Are the cheat-police going to take my game away?
There goes the last tiny chance that SimEarth 2 might have ever (probably not) had. I has a sad now. :(
My girlfriend and I would. Except we're usually forced to play co-op games on console instead and suffer with lower res and lower FPS because developers un-check the "Split-Screen" check box when porting to PC. There's no call for it.
Just picked this up and I'm really loving it. It's my second "Warriors" game, the first being Dynasty Warriors 8 Xtreme Legends on the PS4. DW8 was kinda fun, but really hard to get into/follow.
It's really too bad their response wasn't to check the box that compiles split-screen into the next build. As a PC and console gamer I hate when I'm forced to choose an inferior console version simply because they didn't add local MP to the PC build.
As a matter of fact, I'd go so far as to say that any controller that has a DirectInput / XInput switch is objectively better than the 360 controller because they are undeniably compatible with more games out of the box.
I used to agree. The controller itself is fine, but XInput is a disaster. It's appearance on the PC scene has caused no end of issues.
Wow. Look. You don't know me. :)
After reading that article it dawned on me... there are no challenges to making fat video game heroes. They admit that it simply requires more time and money. That can be extended to the lie that it's 'hard' to animate female assassins.
Time to unnecessarily get my hopes up that my favorite Final Fantasy job, Geomancer, might somehow make its way to FFXIV!
Wow. That's a whole lot of ironic generalization.
Anonymity does just as much to protect people who might otherwise be victims as it does to give these criminals a platform.
Focus your confusion: What's wrong with the individuals perpetrating these crimes?
Commandment 0: Thou shalt not animate thy menus. Nor shalt thou use slow and pointless transition effects. Make thy menus so snappy and responsive that a player can memorize the button combinations and get through your menu as quickly as they are able to mash said combination.
It's kind of interesting how two people can play Diablo III and have opposite feelings about parts of the game. Act III felt very tedious to me, but I generally love Act IV (especially early Act IV).
I just. Ugh.
