What is this Perils of Pauline reference you mention?

hopefully it's william. kill children on superhero shows. they are defenseless and always have to be saved.

yes! we can only hope.

At the very least Miley Cyrus is openly exploring and engaging with a very intellectual side of her sexuality and general life philosophy in a way that most people her age never will. I have mad respect for her post-Dead Pets.

I never care about children in these shows. They ALWAYS ruin the show. Let that mofo die before he becomes a plot drag.

You dislike Felicity? WHERE IS YOUR HEART MAN?

I kind of think the average person does if it landed in the top 10. But I don't define average person as AV club reader :). I just think these kind of articles are douchey when they confuse expressing bewilderment with superiority.

Believe it or not, dickbags at AV Club, Madam Secretary isn't terrible TV. It's not prestige TV, but it's better than some of the schlock you continue to review.

yeah he just seems like a dick for being a dick's sake. not interesting.

milquetoast wiener. yummy. i want average penis, yo.

I don't. I have a really special TV-viewer relationship with Meredith Grey. She's basically been with me my entire adult life. I wish people would see that people do have connections to these long running characters and that's ok.

K. I don't think it's a shambling corpse. It's nowhere near the level of bad that ER was at a similar time in its run. And there are a lot of characters I still care about. Including the main character.

Was she? I had no idea. Awesome.

I know, right? 8 million people still watch the live broadcast + how many others online. this cliche hate for the show is pretty insulting. i've watched every episode the week it aired from the first season. i still really like meredith grey.

I didn't think Restaurant Wars Part 1 was all that exciting. But I did like the Lunch and Dinner service twist and the fact that NO ONE can hide now behind not being FoH or EC.

Whatevs. I think the needless Grey's Anatomy hate is pretty banal and cliche. I mean, get your own insult to the show's fans buddy. Stop stealing from others.

I appreciated the bisexuality just rolling off everyone's back as well. On a lesser show that would've been a big deal. I also thought it was smart how they tied the character to CeCe's past to give her something to do other than be Schmidt's fiance. Also it was a nice Jess semi-parallel that the person replacing her

Me too! I actually enjoyed her. And I like zero expectations of it being well. She did more than react, she actually got involved pretty substantially.

Yeah, but he's middle management at boring-corporate-drones-r-us and likely to stay there for quite some time. She could easily land a doctor, a human rights lawyer for the UN, whatevs. If she did some book learning she'd be pretty remarkably unstoppable. I mean, our society is a little sad and shallow like that but

that would be amazing if they had poz representation on the show; but I highly doubt that they put that much thought into it.
